HTML <figure> tag

Definition

The <figure> tag specifies self-contained content such as images, diagrams, photos etc.

The <figure> HTML tag is used in conjunction with the <figcaption> tag which adds a caption to the content.

The <figure> tag was introduced in HTML5.
