HTML <rtc> tag

Definition

The <rtc> tag specifies Semantic Annotations of characters presented in a ruby annotation.

The <rtc> tag must be nested within the <ruby> tag.

The closing </rtc> tag may be omitted if the <rtc> element is immediately followed by another <rtc> tag, the <rp> tag, the <rtc> tag or if there is no more content in the parent element.

The <rtc> tag was introduced in HTML5.
